- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate mental health status.
- Diagnosis and development of treatment plans tailored to the individual’s needs.
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions for clients using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Partner with (UNCHR & UNFPA) Psychologist, Educational Supervisor and Director of the Social and Psychological Department.
- Conducting psychotherapy sessions for adults and adolescents.
- Implementing focused group therapy programs for adolescents.
- Providing multiple types of treatments for various disorders: (mood disorders / anxiety disorders / obsessive-compulsive disorders / post-traumatic stress disorder / childhood disorders)
- Conducting and facilitating individual and group counselling sessions.
- Design and deliver group awareness sessions based on community needs.
- Planning and implementing community campaigns and initiatives.
- Implementing behavior modification programs for children.
- Implementing life skills programs for adolescents.
- Conducting field visits to orphan families (educational supervisor).
- Assessing the material, social, psychological and educational needs of families.
- Monitoring the psychological, educational and social status of children and their families.
- Continuing professional development and learning.
